1. What payment methods do you accept?
Bank transfer, card payment, or cash at the clinic at least 48 hours before the appointment.
2. Do you offer Tabby or Tamara?
Currently unavailable.
3. Can I get a refund if I miss my appointment?
Payment is required in advance. Cancellations 24 hours before the appointment qualify for credit/refund. Same-day cancellations and no-shows are non-refundable.
4. Where is the center located?
Al Safa District, Dammam.
5. What conditions do you accept?
All conditions except addiction and autism.
6. What are your working hours?
12 PM to 9 PM daily except Friday.
7. Do you prescribe controlled medications?
We do not provide prescriptions for controlled medications.
8. Do you offer packages or discounts?
No packages or discounts currently.
9. Is there a free follow-up?
One free phone follow-up with doctors only within 2–3 weeks of the first visit.
10. How can I book an ADHD assessment?
A doctor's referral is required. Two sessions: assessment and results. Fee: SAR 1300 excluding VAT.
11. Do you accept insurance?
Direct insurance is not accepted currently.
12. Why do you require an ID copy?
To verify identity and match medical records. All information is confidential.
13. How can I request a medical report?
Via WhatsApp customer service or reception. Processing takes 10–14 business days.
14. How much do sessions cost?
Fees vary by provider and duration. Please contact us by phone.
15. Do you offer online appointments?
Yes, via Zoom video consultations.

17. How can I book for a child or adolescent?
First appointments for ages 6–17 must include a parent or guardian.
18. Do you provide emergency or inpatient services?
No. We serve medically stable clients seeking psychological care.
19. Why is VAT applied?
VAT applies to non-Saudi patients according to regulations.
20. Are appointments available with Dr. Yasser Al-Dabbagh?
Availability is limited due to ongoing weekly follow-ups.
21. Do you offer group therapy?
Yes. Please consult your doctor for eligibility.
22. Are appointments free?
No. All services are paid medical services.
