Renewal & Reward Medical Center
The Renewal & Reward Center(RRC) is a specialized mental health and quality-of-life center licensed by the Ministry of Health in Saudi Arabia. Established in 2017 by Dr. Haifa Mohammed Al-Gahtani, consultant psychiatrist and behavioral therapy, the Center provides specialized mental healthcare in line with best professional practices and approved regulatory standards.
The Center adopts an integrated care model, offering a range of services within a safe and supportive therapeutic environment that prioritizes client needs and confidentiality, promotes active partnership in care, and respects psychological, social, and cultural needs. The RRC continues to expand locally and regionally while maintaining the highest standards of mental healthcare

About Dr. Haifa Alqahtani
Dr. Haifa Al-Qahtani is a consultant psychiatrist for adults, a certified trainer, and a specialist in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). She earned her Bachelor of Medicine and Surgery from King Saud University in 1993, then received a scholarship through the Aramco Program to study psychiatry at McGill University in Canada. In 2005, she became the first Saudi female psychiatrist to specialize in psychiatry through the Aramco Program, and the first Saudi certified by the Academy of Cognitive Therapy in the United States. In 2017, she founded the Renewal and Reward Center (RRC) in Dammam and developed advanced training and supervision programs in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. She also served as Head of the Psychiatry Department at the Arabian Gulf University in Bahrain, contributing to its academic and research development. She is the first Saudi psychiatrist accredited as a CBT Training Consultant in the Middle East.
